Selection
Process Upon receipt of your application,
we will call you to confirm that we have understood
your needs and schedule a time to discuss potential
candidates for your family.
We will review the details of their applications,
interviews, education, childcare experience, childcare
skills assessments, employment history interviews,
childcare reference interviews, and relevant credentials
and certifications as well as their job search criteria
as per your requests.
Results of all background investigations are also
disclosed.
Absolutely no applicant is ever considered for any
working referral if they do not pass all of these
investigations.
Once we have been able to narrow your selection together,
we will schedule a meeting for you and your prospective
nanny. If the match is a success, a working agreement
is drawn up between your family and your nanny, detailing
their duties and terms of employment.
